We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and marinating.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency in meal preparation.
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring food supplies and notifying management of shortages.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations as needed.
