Responsibilities:
1. Bake all croissants and morning pastries following company receipes and processes.
2. Follow recipe and procedures for pastry creams and other pastry products.
3. Finish all cakes and desserts according to stardards and recipes.
4. Ability to use standard pastry kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixers.
5. Meet daily and weekly production requirements.
6. Clean, sanitize and organzie workstations
7. Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year baking related experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
