Key Responsibilities
App Development and Maintenance
- Develop and maintain iOS and Android applications.
- Optimize performance and enhance user experience (UX) through innovative technologies.
- Debug and improve performance based on real-time user feedback and log data.
Web Frontend Development
- Build web frontends using HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS), JavaScript, and Next.js.
- Design and implement interfaces optimized for user flows.
- Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Enhance search engine visibility through SEO optimization.
Server Development and Database Design
- Design and build backend servers and APIs.
- Create optimized databases with minimal redundancy and well-structured indexes.
- Optimize performance for high traffic and concurrent users.
- Maintain data integrity with transaction management and normalization.
- Strengthen data security with regular backup and restoration processes.
Project Planning and Problem Solving
- Analyze data and research to identify service issues and propose improvements.
- Improve code quality and maintainability through automated testing.
Team Collaboration and Technical Leadership
- Collaborate effectively with planners, designers, and other team members.
- Provide technical leadership to prioritize projects and achieve team goals.
- Brainstorm and propose solutions for technical challenges with team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web and app development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS), JavaScript, Next.js, Kotlin, Swift, and Java.
- Competence in database design.
- Hands-on experience in building, operating, and maintaining web and app services.
- Comprehensive experience in frontend and backend development, as well as server and database design.
- Strong ability to collaborate with various teams (designers, planners, etc.) and effectively lead projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience setting up and operating CI/CD processes in a DevOps environment.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven validation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Experience developing and optimizing services for global users.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and design scalable systems.
- Fluent in both English and Korean for smooth communication and collaboration.
