- Review account opening documents sent by the Front Office, ensuring integrity, accuracy and fast processing for varying number of files.
Operations Associate, Financial Document Review (MS Excel/Word) - Mandatory Skills
- In Toronto office: English ability to read, write and general communication.
- In Montreal office: English w ability to read, write and general communication in French as well.
- Data entry using MS Excel
- Well versed with MS Word
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint basic functionality preferred
- Experience processing/verifying document accuracy
- Fast learner, responsible and involved, willing to be part of a team, in a fast paced environment
