Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Duties
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including benefits administration and performance management.
- Utilize HR software systems such as ADP, iCIMS, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft for tracking applicants and managing employee data.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Experience
- Previous experience in human resources or administrative support is preferred.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes including interviewing and recruiting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as ADP or iCIMS is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
