The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively utilizing customer service skills to deliver Best in class service to our internal/external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provides timely efficient response to inbound calls/email queries
- Performs alarm system diagnostics troubleshooting while guiding end users through step by step resolution
- Creating service tickets
- Responds to end user escalations/inquiries
- Promotes Customer first attitude with each end user interaction
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education
- Strong verbal/written communication
- Ability to multi-task
- Motivated/self starter
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Intermediate level MS excel and word
- Basic typing skills- 40 wpm
- Alarm Systems experience an asset
This position is 100% in office. Monday to Friday- 8:30am to 5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
