Job Description
- Communicate and liaise with Branch Management, Supervisors, Security Guards across the country to provide after-hours support with various operational issues.
- Inbound/Outbound calls to handle inquiries, provide resolutions via escalations to Branch.
- Confirming the health & Safety of Security guards in the field via various alerts.
- Prompt and accurate data entry for applications such as IMMIX, Outlook and WFM while handling Remote Guarding alarms and security guard scheduling transactions.
- Acquiring a strong understanding of the Department's National process to educate Guards, Managers and efficiently actions various requests.
- Monitoring CCTV system in IMMIX for unwanted activity and filling out reports for any suspicious activity in a timely fashion.
- Completing daily briefing, as well as, writing and being able to understand incident reports.

- Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
- Frequent sitting, and computer use, which may be required for long periods of time,
- Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
- Individuals with call centre and/or Security experience is preferred along with customer service skills.
- A decent aptitude with computers is an asset.
- We are a 24/7/365 operation and our shifts reflect that.
