We are looking for a highly organized and Creative Design Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating incoming design projects, work closely with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all design requirements are met, and that the final product aligns with the client's vision. Your role will involve traffic initial design request ensuring all details are provided, assigning to appropriate designer, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and will work closely with brand manager and design specialists to ensure all design work adheres to company standards and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of design processes. You should be able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. As a Creative Design Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and manage design projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with designers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure all design work adheres to company standards and industry best practices
- Provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the design process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and workflows
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in coordinating design projects
- Strong understanding of design processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in design software and tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
