Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Architect

Role Overview: - The Microsoft Dynamics Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system as part of the company's financial systems modernization initiative.
- This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics architecture, integration strategies, and data architecture frameworks.
- The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure alignment with business goals, and enable seamless data flow and system integration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and architect the Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution to support business objectives, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop robust data architecture frameworks to optimize integration, migration, and governance of financial data within the ERP ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and project managers, to define ERP requirements, workflows, and integration points.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including system configuration, data migration strategies, and testing.
- Design and oversee the integration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data consistency.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on data architecture, data flow optimization, and governance strategies for ERP modernization.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with financial industry regulations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, while supporting stakeholders in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Support program leadership in risk identification, issue resolution, and program reporting.
- Ensure best practices in cloud infrastructure (e.g., IBM Cloud, VMware) and Microsoft Dynamics implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Extensive experience as an Architect for Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Deep expertise in data architecture, including integration strategies, data governance, and migration frameworks.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., IBM Cloud, VMware Solutions) to support ERP systems.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Solid understanding of financial systems, workflows, and data management processes.
- Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across time zones.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while supporting EST business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with financial data architecture, data migration, and ERP integrations.
- Knowledge of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
