WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:
- Previous experience with social media in a corporate environment and content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Hootsuite)
- Proficiency with Canva, WordPress, and PowerPoint
- Video and photo editing tools a plus (InDesign, Photoshop, Rush)
- Photography skills is a plus
- A keen eye for detail and creative thinking skills
- A go-getter attitude with a commitment to getting things done right
- Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Great interpersonal skills
- A passion for design and the real estate industry
- A good sense of humour!

A DAY IN THE LIFE
You'll walk into our vibrant downtown office and grab a cup of Starbucks coffee from our kitchen. Reporting to our VP, Sales & Marketing, you'll spend your day working alongside the talented marketing team. Your day-to-day tasks vary (and you love that!)
YOU WILL:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team in the execution of various project and corporate campaigns and initivatives
- Capture, create and manage social media content calendars through Hootsuite
- Create shareable content for blog posts and newsletters
- Manage and organize promotional materials and inventory
- Conduct market research (including pre-launch marketing and new development applications of relevant projects) and present your findings in a structured and understandable way
- Assist in the assembly and coordination of due diligence data for financial partners as well as internal departments
- Assist in managing Intracorp's very own Swag Store!
- Support with administrative tasks related to the team
- Support the team in planning events
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
