SALES MANAGER
Job Overview:
About the job/goals: We are a national beverage company that is growing rapidly and looking for a competent and aspiring sales Manager/ Key Account Manager.
The sales manager will have one primary role and that is to build and mange national sales accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Grow new sales both national and regional through cold calling and tradeshows
- Develop, present and implement marketing plans for new customers with VP of sales
- Establishes and maintains multiple levels of relations within each customer in order to identify needs and opportunities as well as to provide selling solutions.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and Research and Develpment functions
- Consult with Managment and provide timely information, reports on retail sales activities, issues, trends, market changes, competitive developments and potential customers.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree needed. Sales and Marketing Preferred.
- Creative, aggressive, customer driven, and result orientated.
- Proactive and Entreprenurial
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, and excellent reading, writing and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with all levels of management and develop lasting relationships
- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving and analytical skills
- Assist with sales forecast on assigned accounts for purchasing and operations team
- Versatilely, flexibility and a willingness to work within a constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, and Power point) is required.
- 2-4 years of experience
Physical Demands:
- Carry food product to customer meetings - both local and national
- Packing and shipping samples to prospective customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,227.00-$47,913.00 per year
