Term: 12 weeks and the start date would be Jan 2025, with possibilities of extension.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead complex change initiatives and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and a proven track record of successful organizational transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct complex impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic plans.
- Provide expert coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Mentor and guide junior change management consultants.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
