Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Operator 2 at Equans in Scarborough, ON. The Building Operator 2 will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to asset maintenance, asset operation, reactive maintenance and Preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
Inspecting and maintaining the building's systems, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, mechanical, and security systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ensuring the building is free of safety hazards and in compliance with safety codes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical diploma or relevant certification
- Previous experience in building operations is a plus
