Develop and deliver training for CE &FO configured environment
- Provides Microsoft Dynamics CE â F&O application and product training to both technical and non-technical users
- Creating content in various formats that serves users with the information that they need to support training and change management
- Design content to follow standards for inclusive, plain language user-centred design
- Develops, designs and delivers training material to both technical and non-technical users
