Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our Marketing team to support the execution of campaigns, optimize processes and workflows, and ensure seamless communication across all marketing activities. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a vital role in organizing and driving initiatives that increase lead generation and engagement with our SaaS platform.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content distribution.
- Content Management: Edit and post content across platforms, including podcast episodes in Riverside, placement on YouTube and other channels. Manage clips, automate posts, and ensure high-quality output.
- Webinar Coordination: Set up webinars using platforms like GoToWebinar and Zoom, manage registration and attendance, and drive engagement.
- Social Media Engagement: Post and monitor content across our groups in Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Website Updates: Coordinate updates for The Value Builder System™ websites on WordPress, ensuring accuracy and optimization for user engagement.
- Email Marketing: Build and manage newsletters and create automations to nurture prospects and maintain client communication.
- Data and Analytics: Track and report on marketing activities, providing insights to improve performance and ROI.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, product and customer success teams to streamline marketing operations.
- Other Marketing Coordination Activities as required based on business need.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency in tools like GoToWebinar, WordPress, marketing automation platforms, and social media management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
