POSITION SUMMARY
The NUDESTIX Sales and Education Coordinator is a goal-oriented expert in the Beauty Retail business and will be responsible for executing marketing and education strategy as well as meeting sales objectives.
This infield role is to provide brand education, client makeup selling, event planning and to create a fun and inspiring experience for in store teams. Brand education will include product knowledge, marketing strategy, brand focuses, merchandising updates, makeup techniques and event planning. The NUDESTIX Sales and Education Coordinator will develop strategies to drive sales objectives, meet goals and communicate with all regional levels of retail partners within the established territory.

What You’ll Do
Account Service
- Provide exceptional service to assigned store accounts
- Work with store management teams to analyze the retail results and identify opportunities to develop the business to achieve and exceed sales plans
- Conduct business reviews in key accounts
- Conduct seasonal marketing presentations to all accounts
- Plan and execute marketing plans for assigned brands
- Plan, execute and participate in special events to create animation
Motivating Retailer Beauty Advisors
- Manage, mentor, and develop Beauty Advisors in all assigned stores
- Maximize job satisfaction, increase productivity, and reduce turnover rate
- Provide in-store coaching of business skills, product knowledge and selling techniques
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- 1-2 years Field Sales and Training Experience
- 2-3 years Retail Experience
- Experience with Beauty Retailers (Shopper’s Drug Mart) is preferred
- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Superior presentation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Ability to influence all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated
- Ability to plan and schedule
- Ability to plan and execute store level events
- Well groomed
- Adept at problem solving
- Ability to initiate and manage change in a positive manner
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to travel as per business needs
- Driver’s license is required
