JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate, positive, strategic- thinking professional to serve as the Marketing Program Manager's right hand who stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. This position will be tasked coordinating marketing events as well as assist with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will strengthen our brand by creating original content and conducting market research to ensure every activity matches our mission statement and core values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Copywriting including our company website, blog, social media, newsletter, and others as they occur
- Social media focusing on growth & engagement
- Digital analytics including Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.
- Graphic design using Adobe Suite
- Event planning & management such as tradeshows & Imperial PFS Canada planned events
- Assistance with digital Google ads
- Assistance with planning of campaigns for new users & inactive users
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong experience with Adobe Suite or Canva
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet deadlines & work well under pressure
- Creative mind with superb written & verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (French) preferred
