Living Properties Inc. (“LPI”) is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our organization. This role will provide support to our property manager on a daily basis to ensure our clients' portfolio are managed in a professional and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls; redirect calls, emails or visitors as applicable.
- Address enquiries and provide correct information to clients/tenants via phone calls and emails.
- Prepare notices, correspondences, reports, etc. as instructed and required by the Property Managers and by the management.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for invoices, records, correspondences and other material.
- Work with accounting to receive/follow up payments, receivables and arrears.
- Administer and manage incoming/outgoing mails, faxes, deliveries and other materials.
- Under the directions of the property managers, to arrange and follow up with the maintenance, repairs and service calls required on-site and also off-site.
- Perform such other activities as called upon by management.
- Property portfolio will be determined by management.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Working experience required.
- Well organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Can work under pressure.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Chinese speaking is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
