Living Properties Inc. (“LPI”) is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our organization. This role will provide support to our property manager on a daily basis to ensure our clients' portfolio are managed in a professional and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities:

Answer, screen and forward phone calls; redirect calls, emails or visitors as applicable.
Address enquiries and provide correct information to clients/tenants via phone calls and emails.
Prepare notices, correspondences, reports, etc. as instructed and required by the Property Managers and by the management.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for invoices, records, correspondences and other material.
Work with accounting to receive/follow up payments, receivables and arrears.
Administer and manage incoming/outgoing mails, faxes, deliveries and other materials.
Under the directions of the property managers, to arrange and follow up with the maintenance, repairs and service calls required on-site and also off-site.
Perform such other activities as called upon by management.
Property portfolio will be determined by management.

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

Working experience required.
Well organized with a strong attention to detail.
Can work under pressure.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English; Chinese speaking is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
