As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you:
- Lead full cycle recruitment from role definition, candidate screening and evaluation to offer of employment.
- Lead weekly recruitment meeting, proactively develop candidate pipelines and strategize and pass on leads to team members.
- Assist in defining our employee value proposition and talent brand identity and aligning this with our social media and employer branding strategies.
- Develop recruitment strategies and enhance sourcing (ie. partner mix, targeted campaigns and mobility) to target core roles in Engineering, Estimating and Operations.
- Communicate and promote internal career opportunities and participate in workforce planning and career path conversations as required.
- Manage internal mobility process including relocation and immigration for international candidates (ie. LMIA and/or LMIA exempt applications).
- Administer applicant tracking system and job posting boards; track and report relevant HR metrics (active recruitment, time to fill, candidate posting methods and effectiveness etc.).
Our ideal candidate has:
- Related post-secondary degree or diploma; Human Resources major preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.
