Job Summary
NPFG is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Commercial Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for acquiring new business clients, managing relationships, and supporting commercial accounts with NPFG’s Parcel Shipping solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving growth by identifying and addressing client needs within the parcel shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities
Account Acquisition
- Identify and target potential business clients for NPFG’s Parcel Shipping se
rvices.
- Conduct research and outreach to build a robust pipeline of commercial accounts.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with NPFG’s objectives.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure proper implementation of shipping solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on account performance.
Client Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client
support. - Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely solutions to meet operational
needs.
- Educate clients on NPFG’s service offerings, benefits, and new develo
pments.
- Act as a liaison between clients and operations teams to optimize service de
livery.
Strategic Initiatives
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell NPFG services.
- Gather client feedback to inform service improvements and innovations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-focused role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport q
uickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and customer retention goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of parcel shipping or logistics is an asset.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
