FULL TIME IN-OFFICE POSITION IN DOWNTOWN TORONTO

- Produce and adapt various marketing material for both print and digital mediums, including but not limited to: social content, website content, eBlasts, signage, and brochures
- When required, coordinate with marketing agencies to develop website content, signage, and brochures
- Liaise with web developers to ensure project websites are always up-to-date with the latest information
and brochures
- Arrange photography and videography of our residential projects and Marketing events
- Conceptualize and execute designs from a blank canvas based on defined requirements
- Adhere to brand guidelines outlined for corporate and various development projects
- Present design concepts to internal team and gather feedback to refine designs
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and incorporate them into content
- Maintain and update visual graphics library on an ongoing basis
- Manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver content within tight deadlines
- Adopt and absorb other tasks as they evolve
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Must have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and trends
- Must have professional knowledge and experience with digital media in various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Must have real estate experience
- Must be willing to commute to the variousproject locations
- Must be available to work flexible hours and at times on weekends or evenings for certain campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
