Business System Analyst, Client Reporting Development. You will join our dedicated Client Reporting team to provide reporting operations expertise to CC&LFG’s institutional and retail affiliates and interact with all levels of the organization. What You Will Do
This role is responsible for optimizing and enhancing the technical and functional capabilities of our Client Reporting solution suite. You will be involved in in-depth analysis of our current solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to maximize efficiency and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, integrate, and maintain system functionalities, ensuring seamless operations with high availability and reliability. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support, driving process improvements, and leading system design discussions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing data, supporting system updates, and monitoring system performance to ensure reliability and effectiveness. This role requires a high level of critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the development and enhancement process of institutional and retail client reports and marketing material. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with different teams to design, prioritize, implement, and integrate new features and functionality into our Client Reporting solutions suite.
- Monitor system performance to ensure availability and reliability and help schedule and prioritize upgrades and maintenance.
- Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and creative solutioning for business problems by suggesting process and system improvements.
- Be involved in the reporting life cycle from requirements gathering, assessments, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Become a source of knowledge for the Client Reporting team on the various integrations within the reporting framework.
- Collaborate with the operational teams to create, maintain and enhance new and existing client reports and its automated production.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on current reporting applications, layouts, workflows, and end-to-end reporting processes built within Simcorp Coric Client Communication and the Microsoft Power Suite Framework.
- Advise and collaborate with the operational team members of the Institutional Reporting Team in the creation of new and maintenance of existing client reports and other collateral material.
- Building, maintaining and enhancing report layouts using a mix of in-house tools and leading third party technology to ensure highly effective reporting operations.
- Using a third-party IDE to enhance and develop report layouts and assign logical rules to support the automated report production.
- Translating business logic to source code written in a proprietary language.

You can simplify complex technical topics for business stakeholders and explain business needs to technical teams. You are clear on what you need, and you clarify what others need; you present your ideas confidently, ensuring that the vision is clearly communicated and effectively executed, you manage expectations and are professional and positive all at the same time.
The starting salary range for this position is $68,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
