In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipments, and ensure goods flow smoothly across international borders. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be key to maintaining customer satisfaction and improving efficiency.

This is an in-office position. Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer queries regarding export shipments, product availability, pricing, and shipping timelines
- Coordinate Shipments: Oversee the export process from start to finish, including booking, documentation, and liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
- Ensure Smooth Export Flow: Monitor the flow of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with all regulations and facilitating timely deliveries.
- Solve Complex Issues: Proactively address any issues related to shipping, customs, or documentation, providing effective solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Track and Update Shipment Status: Keep customers informed of shipment status, delays, or changes, and provide accurate tracking information.
- Document and Report: Prepare accurate export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with international shipping standards.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Work closely with internal teams to identify process improvements, reduce costs, and streamline operations to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Core Qualities:
- 3-5 years of experience in export documentation is required.
- Proven experience managing high-volume supply chain logistics.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team player, with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
- Skilled at multitasking and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data entry, with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations via Teams or Zoom.
- Flexibility to work an early shift (5/6 a.m. start), Monday through Friday.
