Our team is looking to add a well driven , enthusiastic and well organized individual to our Vancouver team. This is an entry level property management position, but our dynamic company offers ample amounts of room for growth and opportunity to make this a full time position
Job Tasks Include
- Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
- Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
- Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
- Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Assisting in preparing and processing contractor and subcontractor payments and invoices
- Researching and getting various quotes and inquiries for building related matters
- Managing correspondence from contractors and other companies via phone and email
**Onsite management position is available
Bi-weekly payments. Payment is based off of filled units. Each unit filled is $50/month. Leasing bonuses are given for new tenants.
Any additional work outside the scope of property management will be compensated at an agreed upon rate between $18-$24 an hour.
