Salary based on experience - would also consider a Manager
- Oversee all new production design work entering the office
- Delegate design work to teams or staff based on workload, aptitude, and design requirements
- Assist in new client meetings and design consultations
- Manage, train, and educate junior and intermediate staff
- Participate in different levels of the design process as needed, taking on the role of lead designer
- Input design sketches
- Meet with clients to discuss design criteria
- Review architectural control guidelines
- Create streetscape
- Review and peer review design drawings
- Create black and white brochures or other marketing materials as needed
- Zoning review and create typologiesArchitectural Designer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Lowrise subdivision IN CANADA: 3 years (required)
- building dynamic blocks in autocad: 3 years (required)
