What You’ll Be Doing
As an Intake Specialist, you will lead new intakes for a portfolio under Enterprise Technology. You will facilitate and co-ordinate end to end intake process. In addition, you will collaborate with a diverse team to create a consolidated response including scope documentation and estimation.

How You’ll Succeed
- Intake Process: You’ll manage the end-to-end technology intake process ensuring all established guidelines, processes and service levels are followed taking corrective action or escalating issues as appropriate.
- Service Levels: You’ll receive, log and monitor status of each intake request ensuring service levels are met and signoff is obtained.
- Quality and Accuracy: You’ll review content of each request for quality and accuracy following up to resolve issues and/or escalating discrepancies with internal business partners or external service providers.
- Relationship Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain productive relationships with designated business partners, technology partners and peers to resolve problems/inquiries .
- Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate and lead cross-functional tasks or work packages. Consolidate estimates and requirements from various cross CCT team.
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years experience managing or coordinating intake process. It is an asset if you have good understanding or knowledge of Project Management principles and lifecycle as well as experience working with technology partners.
- You have strong experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) as well as some experience with SharePoint is preferred.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have strong presentation skills to run meetings with stakeholders at different levels.
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- You have solid Organizational skills. Your time management skills are strong and you are able to prioritize competing priorities to ensure successful outcomes.
- You have strong attention to Detail: You take the time to review the final product to ensure accuracy and consistency.
