WPPOnefluence is looking for an Influencer Analyst to join our team.
WPPOnefluence is a full-service network with the most sophisticated influencer expertise around the globe to meet client scale. In Canada, WPPOnefluence is a partnership between Ogilvy and Hill&Knowlton. We are looking for an Influencer Analyst to work across iconic beauty, retail and CPG brands.Influencer marketing is a core piece of our business, and we are seeking someone who is as passionate about this world as we are.
Here’s what you’d be doing:
- Day-to-day support on all influence activity including data management, tech liaison, reporting and social listening.
- Facilitate 100% adoption and compliance of influencer tech platform for influencers across paid and organic partnerships
- Analyze content performance to generate actionable insights.
- Integrating data from multiple social media channels into a cohesive reporting platform.
- Use third-party and proprietary analytics tools to generate audience, content, brand and industry insights including ability to leverage all the above for social listening on key clients, competitors, and cultural topics.
- Manage multiple client programs and simultaneous asks, by correctly prioritizing and deprioritizing work on scale & effectively communicating with larger team.
- Work closely with integrated teams on both campaign-based and monthly/quarterly/yearly measurement plans, goals and KPI’s.
What you’ll need to get here:
- Some professional experience extracting insights from social media or media monitoring data sets and communicating recommendations to varied audiences.
- Understanding of social media platforms + metrics
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Some experience visualizing data
- Demonstrated experience learning technical skills independently
