More About This Role
Be a part of a Customer Strategy team focused on championing category growth by developing a strong trusted partnership with our retailers and grounded in a consumer/shopper mindset.
Key role initiatives:
- A champion of driving a strong assortment: will be instrumental in developing the 2026 priority assortment list by channel.
- Advancing planogram compliance in-store: partner with Customer Strategy and Field Sales to unlock new technology and drive stronger in-store compliance of planograms and confirmed assortment.
- Advancing OMNI analytics: partner with Customer Strategy and Digital commerce to develop new capabilities within OMNI analytics.
- Exposure to Mondelez best in class local, Regional and Global knowledge and support translating insights into key actionable recommendations to the retailer on assigned categories.
What you’ll need to succeed in the role:
Experience:
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Business, Strategy, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), data visualization, ability to learn new tech solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. Good storytelling skills and Powerpoint knowledge.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functionally.
- Passion for CPG Industry: Interest in the food and beverage sector, with a desire to translated customer and shopper insights into action.
