Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative in the Orthopedic and Capital Equipment Division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clinics, and driving sales for our orthopedic and capital equipment products. You will be actively involved in cold calls, visiting clinics, and attending trade shows and conferences across Canada and abroad. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is passionate about expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by visiting clinics and healthcare fa
cilities. • Drive sales for orthopedic braces, capital equipment, and other relevant products.
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product training and stay informed about the latest trends in the healthcare and rehabilitation industry.
• Travel domestically and internationally for business development and networking.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation equipment industry is p
referred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to the needs of a growing startup.
• Experience in cold calling and building relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals.
