Marketing Signage Data Coordinator

About This Opportunity
The Marketing Signage Data Coordinator will serve as the store profile expert for the Canadian Retail Signage team. The successful candidate will ensure each retail location has the correct type and quantity of signage to meet our network’s complex operational needs while upholding consistent brand standards. This role is responsible for maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date data within multiple signage software platforms. Through meticulous data management and strong departmental relationships, the coordinator supports seamless signage delivery, contributing to an exceptional retail experience across all locations.
When Your Actions Lead To Success
Signage Data & Platform
- Manage, update and verify the accuracy of store and user profile data, signage assets, and categories within the signage platform, ensuring it is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
- Conduct routine audits, identify and resolve data discrepancies, and maintain service levels aligned with business requirements.
- Act as an escalation point for business needs and incidents, collaborating with the printer to troubleshoot, maintain platform stability, and communicate updates.
- Lead onboarding for new platform users, offering training and resources, while supporting existing users through issue resolution and training initiatives.
- Organize signage assets and inventory, maintaining accurate cataloging, replenishments, and appropriate stock levels.
- Oversee signage orders for core, promotional, and customizable items, monitoring usage and approving orders as needed.
- Coordinate signage communications and training resources, managing instructions, memos, and training videos within the platform.
- Generate performance reports, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders, implementing improvements.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure signage data remains current and up to date.
Software, Data & Signage Improvements/Effectiveness
- Contribute to the roadmap for data enhancements and software improvements, working with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower costs.
- Facilitate planning and execution timelines for the implementation of platform improvements.
PO & Invoicing
- Assist with signage budget management, including PO creation, and ongoing budget tracking & forecasting.
- Review all signage invoices to ensure they align with contractual pricing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate internal signage billing with other departments and identify potential cost savings and improvements.
Other Duties
- Other duties as specified by the leadership on the Marketing and Customer Insights team.
When your expertise drives us
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a role in retail, signage, production and/or similar industry
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behaviour in physical store environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work across departments and with external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail, someone who has been called a “bit of a perfectionist”
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to drive product decisions
- Verbal and written fluency in French is preferred but not required.
