We are seeking dedicated Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation and relief from pain. Your expertise in medical terminology and strong customer service skills will be essential in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and medical histories to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary adjustments.
- Uphold a clean and safe work environment by following hygiene protocols and maintaining equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Proven customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
