Job Description
The Principle Fine Wines team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Consignment System Entry Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating consignment data into the LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) ELITE system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and a thorough understanding of the consignment process within the LCBO framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain consignment data in the LCBO Elite system, including product details, pricing, lab waivers, and spot quotes.
- Review and verify consignment documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with LCBO representatives to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to consignment entries.
- Monitor consignment stock levels and update records as needed to reflect required inventory.
- Generate and review reports related to consignment activities, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correctly entered.
- Assist with the preparation of consignment documentation for submission to the LCBO.
- Stay informed about LCBO regulations and ensure all consignment entries comply with current policies.
- Provide support for audits and compliance checks by ensuring all consignment records are accurate and easily accessible.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration, logistics, or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in data entry, inventory management, or a related field, preferably within the LCBO or alcohol distribution industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of LCBO consignment processes and regulations is highly desirable.
Work Schedule
- Part-time, 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.
Compensation: $25 -$28/ hr
