We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, E-commerce, and driving online sales. Lice Free is a trusted company specializing in lice removal and prevention solutions. With a dedicated team and a range of non-toxic products, we strive to deliver exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Taking product Photos and Videos.
· Creating product listings and applying SEO and product tags.
· Responding to customers across various platforms including Etsy, Instragram, Facebook and Licefree.ca
· Driving sales through social media (creating reels, stories)
· Consistent analysis of business performance. Corrections of the operational plans to achieve set business goals
· Proactive search and suggestions for new business development opportunities
· Resolving problematic cases, troubleshooting Amazon claims, negative reviews, and refunds
· Daily reporting to the CEO
· optimizing product visibility
· analyzing data, and assisting with growing revenue across several websites and marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, HBC, Walmart, etc.)
· Explore emerging technologies within eCommerce to streamline operations
· Plan, execute, and optimize web, SEO, marketing database, and advertising campaigns
· Must have demonstrated strong understanding of eCommerce (Shopify, Amazon) and monitoring/reviewing/researching products, adjusting/editing online content (in collaboration with marketing) and posting product content to ensure competitiveness in the market
· Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central and both FBA and FBM selling methods
· Familiar with design and maintenance of Amazon Brand Registry and A Plus Pages
· Customer service acumen and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
· Monitor social media channels, initiating conversations and responses to engagements and reviews based on the moderation policy for each community and in line with brand guidelines and expectations.
· Curate and schedule content for social media outlets that elevates the brand reach and perception and effectively connects with each audience.
· Build an interactive social media environment to increase reach and influence.
· Use metrics and reporting to inform decisions and strategy to increase social media effectiveness and result in the consistent delivery of quality, high-performing content and user engagement.
· Conduct ongoing market research to help formulate ideas and drive effective content development while staying ahead of best practices, trends, innovations in design, content generation/development, and technology.
Manage our Amazon Seller Central accounts daily in the US and Canada. Experience with Shopify and other marketplaces is highly advantageous.
The responsibility entails creating, maintaining, and optimizing Amazon product listings. This involves SEO optimization, A+ Premium Content & storefront, and ensuring alignment with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in E-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital advertising techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and editing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading skills
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master the intricacies of the Amazon A10 algorithm for effective product ranking across various search terms, keywords, and categories.
- At least 3 years of experience in paid search, display, and brand campaigns, focusing on Amazon PPC advertising.
- Excellent analytical mindset and the creativity & confidence to take calculated risks rooted in data and consumer insights.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon US & CA updates and policies, ensuring compliance and maximizing visibility and performance on the platform.
