Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or take messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Manage scheduling for appointments and meetings, coordinating with various departments as necessary.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and computer systems is essential.
- Experience with Google Suite applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
