Description
The team is 25 people. Her team is diverse in the LOB's they support, and they are responsible for several different LOB's. This person will be trained cross functionality. They are responsible for data entry and reviewing client documentation, in order to set up fee rates, grouping accounts, etc. Once the accounts are opened on book of records, these profiles flow over into systems, and her team is responsible is enriching the data in order to be functional for different LOB's. They also support maintenance requests. Ex) A client wants to change rate, or move the grouping of accounts around, her team manages that.
They utilize a ticketing system. Also have a optical imaging system where documentation is faxed. They also monitor an email inbox. They can engage with investigations to if something went wrong with a particular account. All those investigations are part of her team.
It's an SLA driven environment. Certain tasks must be processed by certain times.
There's no customer facing element, but they do look for strong verbal & written communication skills, because they have to work internally with various teams.
Top Skills'
1+ year experience within wealth operations ( Strong understanding of securities. Ie: Understanding what registered accounts are, non registered accounts, what are guidelines for specific products, ex) if you're looking to move from an RRSP to an RIFF account, how does that work).
- Strong Excel skills (Understanding macros, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong MS office (Outlook, teams, etc)
