LOOKING FOR CANADIAN EXPERIENCED,
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced dental office environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the dental office and check them in for their appointments.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and update patient information as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean front desk area.
- Communicate with dental staff regarding patient needs and appointment changes to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide information on dental procedures, office policies, and payment options to patients as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Strong knowledge of DENTAL terminology is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience with front desk operations and administrative duties within a dental or medical office setting is beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
