About The Team
Who said taxes are not fun? We work every day to help millions of Canadians prepare their tax return as easily as possible. And we have fun along the way. We are a talented, inspired, diverse, and very friendly team. Every day we work with teams in multiple countries across many platforms. Each presents us with unique, challenging problems to solve.
As a member of our team, you'll help build and maintain Canada’s #1 tax app. Together we'll create innovative solutions that help our customers file taxes any time, anywhere they want.
The position is based in Toronto, Ontario but you will work cross functionally with partners located across many of our global sites, including the US and India. 2 days per week to our Toronto office in person is required (all of our co-op roles are hybrid).
Who You Are
We are looking for a Product Management co-op who is obsessed with building great products. If you have a passion for amazing product experiences, deeply understanding your customers, leading cross-disciplinary teams, and drastically improving the lives of millions, a Product Management role at Intuit is the perfect fit for you.
What you'll bring
- Strong project management, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to operate independently
- Demonstrated analytical experience, with the ability to develop and understand strategy.
- Global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.
- Communicate frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders
- Currently enrolled in an Undergrad University program in Canada
- Interest in technology / Fintech industry
How you will lead
- Prioritize customer needs, leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize a product backlog to focus on the most impactful customer problems that our Turbotax Mobile app users have
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements definition through production and release
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, user experience, analytics, marketing, and support to design, build, and launch features
- Effective influencer and communicator across multiple teams
- Exercise continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and experimenting.
