Answer inbound, make outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries with a smile.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Understands and supports the company’s sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
- Answers and directs inbound telephone calls to the appropriate person
- Handles existing business inquiries via website or phone.
- Contacts dead accounts via phone and email to regain business
- Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes, and identifies areas to prospectively upsell to current customers.
- Processes customer information in Sage 50 and Sales Force in an efficient manner to provide quality service.
- Processes and submits news leads and other documentation to appropriate staff as required.
- Attends trade shows annually.
- Assist with daily administration and office maintenance
- Performs all duties according to quality system standards and documented company procedure.
- Works on special projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak confidently to C-level executives and business owners.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
