Summary
Reporting to the regional T&D Director, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide day-to-day support the Wonderbrands Fresh Bakeries. Your main responsibility is to assist our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You provide support and co-ordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources for all Team Members. This is an on the floor (high visibility/ floor presence) position, spending a minimum of 50% of time on the production floor engaging team members. You will also support Employee Relations, Recruitment, and other administrative tasks as required.
Location: 1425 The Queensway, Etobicoke, Ontario.

Responsibilities
- Front line contact for team member questions
- Responsible for the administration of payroll and Attendance Management
- Assists in the identification and analysis of trends. Communicates observations and provides suggestions for incident reduction measures
- Participate in hiring of Hourly team members
- Employee engagement
- Participate and support Onboarding
- Complete HRIS transactions
- Provides support and organizes for local events
- Processing invoices and Month End tasks
Requirements
- One to three years prior experience working in HR
- Proven facilitation, verbal and written communication skills along with superior interpersonal and organizational skills required to deliver training and coaching to teams and individuals at all levels within the organization
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment within specified timeframes and where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential
