You Are
The role is a crucial element to keeping a large financial institution's cybersecurity intact and ensuring the right people have the right credential access. You will need be provisioning new credentials into various technology infrastructure platforms as well as into the CyberArk Privileged Access suite. It requires you to work closely with clients/project teams to ensure credentials are provisioned and onboarded successfully.
The Opportunity
- Identity Access Management - add, remove, change, and otherwise manage credentials in various platforms such as Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, Windows, and/or Database platforms.
- Enterprise-wide focus on vaulting and management of credentials using Enterprise tool – CyberArk.
- Effectively manage requests from users, managers and other teams in priority and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the banks policies and guidelines relating to Identity Access Management are adhered to and implemented.
- Ensure the ongoing quality and adherence of all Identity Access Management Controls for the Bank.

What You Need
- Relevant work experience skills related to privileged access provisioning, as well as in CyberArk with particular focus on Credential Management, Enterprise Password Vault, Central Password Manager, Password Vault Web Access, Privileged Session Manager, Application Identity Manager, and CyberArk utilities.
- CyberArk Trustee certification preferred.
- PowerShell scripting experience.
- Knowledge and experience across Platforms of Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, Windows, Database.
- Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) technologies and standards and understand IT Access Management lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Security and technology standards (e.g., infrastructure, processes, applications, Windows, Active Directory, request systems).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive team player with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to research, analyze and problem-solve issues.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Ontario
Compensation Range: $89,000-$109,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
