About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. Reporting into the Inventory Flow and Optimization Manager, the Supply Chain Specialist will assist with coordinating supply chain activities and work closely with the Supply Chain and Merchandising teams as well as Licensed Producers to facilitate inventory activities. The position will serve as the primary support role for Licensed Producers, working collaboratively to ensure inventory continuity across all purchase order channels (Stocked, New Product and Flow Through). The position holder will also play a key role in the continuous improvement of processes that support OCS’ strategic goals and will be accountable for project managing key initiatives in the Supply Chain team.
About Your Day
- Update and maintain Standardization of Process (SOPs)
- Create and maintain Supply Chain Tracker for key business processes (Product Call, RTVs, Flow Through Overages)
- Create and maintain supply chain reference files (contact lists, vendor assignments)
- Maintain and Adjust Purchase Orders in alignment with the Supply Chain Planning System
- Maintain and manage Flow Through orders end to end, ensuring PO issuance, delivery and issue resolution at Domain
- Manage accurate supply chain records – ensuring a consistent flow of inventory
- Escalate purchase order failures and resolve customer issues promptly
- Develop new vendor onboarding content and lead onboarding meetings
- Responsible for facilitating Farmgate onboarding and purchase orders
- Act as Supply Chain main point of contact for end-to-end Return to Vendor (RTV) process management
- Monitor and action emails through the Supply Chain shared inbox
- Problem-solve issues in our supply chain and work cross-functionally to come up with a solution
- Work cross functionally with adjacent teams on Product Lifecycle Management – ensuring a seamless end to end process for producers
- Build and distribute organizational reporting to keep teams abreast of business operations across various processes (Flow Through, RTV, Product Call)
About You
- Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in Supply Chain Inventory Management and/or logistics (internships/co-op experience is acceptable)
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Office skills, including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
About the Job
- This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. The current in office requirement is a minimum of 3 days/week (may be more depending on business needs). The OCS office is located near York Mills and Yonge Street. However, OCS reserves the right to change this policy and its office location at any time.

Compensation
The target hiring range for this position is $73,113- $75,000. This is a pay grade 7 Bargaining Unit role, with a salary range of $73,113 - $89,361. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
