Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Child & Youth Worker/Child & Youth Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with children, youth and their families to support skill development and meaningful changes.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support skill development
-provide relationship support, developmental support and respite in clients' homes
-work in collaboration with our Therapists to support Therapeutic goals in home
- Communicate with parents on children's daily activities and progress
-Support Family relationships
-Partner with parents to support their children
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English
- Previous experience working with children and their families
- Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
-CYC/CYW/RECE qualifications

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
