We Are Looking For These Skills
- Are technically savvy. Excellent computer skills (MS 365, Dynamics CRM, database tools, etc.).
- Staying on top of emerging trends, deepening corporate knowledge, and strategizing corporate initiatives in a specific health services area.
- Identifying when modifications/changes are required and implementing these as needed using initiative, creativity, analytical skills, and judgement.
- Working in a fast-paced environment that requires agile, clear thinking for quick turnaround of accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Being a flexible team player. Contributing positively to our workplace culture by staying positive, engaged in the work you do and energized by the difference you’re making.
- Exceptional communication skills – your clients are both internal and external stake holders. You thrive in reaching new audiences and in helping your clients meet their business goals.
- Having accountability and taking ownership. We want to hear examples of times when you stepped up, took ownership, and ran with it, whether big or small, as a professional, a student, or as a volunteer.
