Duties

- Analyze website performance metrics and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content and promotional campaigns that attract customers.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product visibility on search engines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to online orders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce technologies and software.
Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
