Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant at Intellicastle Sales & Marketing in Toronto, ON. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with professionalism, facilitating communication within the team, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Clerical skills will also be essential for this role. This is an in office position with professional dress at our modern office in Downtown Toronto. Hybrid or work-from-home is not possible for this postion.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Bookkeeping using Quickbooks online
- Processing customer payments
- Following up on Accounts Payable
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot CRMs
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a similar role is an asset
