Overview:

What you will do:
- Communication Management: Respond promptly to emails, requests via the WSD platform, and phone calls. Handle various requests, including office key requests, housekeeping needs, and issues related to lighting and fixtures.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory supplies diligently and reorder items as necessary to ensure continuous availability.
- Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of floors, workstations, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, and storage areas. Ensure all spaces are clean, presentable, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain company records (filing system) with Iron Mountain, keep track of files retrieved and follow company record destruction process.
- Maintain an organized team folder and regularly update the contact list for vendors, building management, and key staff contacts.
- Access Management: Submit requests for access cards as needed to facilitate secure entry.
- Training and Development: Attend workshops and training programs, including Fire Warden and CPR/AED training, to enhance safety and emergency preparedness.
- Team Support: Provide assistance to the Office Services team wherever required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Backup Responsibilities: Act as a backup for the Office Services Supervisor, ensuring continuity of operations in their absence.
