Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sous Chef role located in North York, ON. As a Sous Chef at Compass Group Canada, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and overseeing kitchen operations. Your day-to-day tasks may include menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
