Responsibilities:
- Complete vehicle sanitizations and ensure efficiency when cars flow in/out of automatic car wash.
- Ensure customer’s vehicles are properly cared for, clean and will keep customers up to date on the process. You are creating an exceptional service experience for every customer you interact with. We are creating customers for life.
- Maintain a clean work environment and update car wash logs.
- Cash out clients and go over invoicing, explaining the details on the invoice to clients.
- Assist Technicians with vehicle walkarounds, coordinate all courtesy bus drivers and other duties as requested by the Shop Foreman / Management team.
Qualifications:
- A valid Ontario Class "G2/G" driver's license is required.
- Attention to detail and well-organized.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry (an asset).
