We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Head Office. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a dynamic and client-facing position. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
What you will be doing:
- General reception duties.
- Greeting clients and guests in a friendly manner while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensuring all client spaces are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Basic IT setups for boardroom use.
- Arranging couriers as requested as well as supervising all incoming and outgoing packages.
- Arrange catering for meetings and events as requested.
- Performs set up of catering for meetings and events as required.
- Manages existing relationships and seeks new contacts with food service providers.
- Provides supports for firm and clients functions, including those outside regular business hours
- Assisting with copying, binding, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicates day-to-day facilities concerns and complaints, escalating issues as required.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an office environment is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as actively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a strong ability in task prioritization and can effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Able to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in all matters.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
